We had one day in the Fall to spend in Amsterdam during our trip to Belgium, although we’d been there for and had already visited all its tourist attractions. Unfortunately, the day we planned on going had a lot of rain on the forecast. We decided to go anyway because there were people there we wanted to visit. 

We headed out in overcast weather hoping we would still be able to enjoy the outdoors in Amsterdam before the heavens opened, but as we neared our destination it began pouring. Time to recalculate.

Ballorig was the perfect trip for such a day and it boasted indoor fun for the children and a place for the adults to relax. 

We had a bit of difficulty figuring out where exactly the entrance to Ballorig was, outside the mall building. Someone advised us where to park by the mall and we went through the mall outside and then into Ballorig entrance. Once we entered, we knew we made a good choice.

Ballorig has so many fun things to do. There are a few inflatable climbing and jumping structures. There is a softplay climbing area, a ball area with ball guns facing each other as well as trampoline that are divided by section so each jumper can enjoy their own space. There are also Electric cars for the young ones to ride (for an additional charge), a tube slide that makes going from the second floor down to the first floor lots of fun, and there are also some arcade games. The toddlers have a separate area made only for the little ones. 

Parents enjoy free entry when coming with their child. There is a café where families can enjoy a meal in between all the fun. No outside food is allowed.

Ballorig’s many locations throughout Holland are popular indoor destinations for families with children.
