Louvre:
Paris, France

I’m really not into art and don’t have an appreciation for it, but when I was in Paris a while ago and had a free day, I decided to visit the Louvre and check out the Mona Lisa. Apparently many visitors there don’t really appreciate the paintings that date back to the Middle Ages since so many of the people were taking pictures of my newborn baby rather than the paintings. On a more serious note, the museum is housed in the grand palace which dates back to the late twelfth century. The building is very grand with paintings and sculptures throughout. The Mona Lisa is by far the greatest attraction with people lining up for a chance to take a picture.
