Interestingly enough, I find that the prevailing attitude of people visiting Miami is to relax, soak up sun and water, and eat at the local restaurants. I agree, Miami is relaxing and beautiful. Just driving or walking down Collins Avenue with the beach on one side and bay on the other is breathtaking. The beach really is so inviting and accessible but there is so much more to do in Miami. So many places to visit and fun things to do. I visited Miami for an extended weekend and visited some of the local attractions in addition to the water and sun.
