The plaque outside is what distinguishes the nondescript stone building which housed Sara Schenirer Seminary from the rest of them on the block.
The inside is just as simple as the outside of the building. There are a few framed pictures of Sara Schenirer and the history of Bais Yaakov hanging in the dining room. The building now houses a restaurant where groups often order food and sometimes eat. Our group ate a tasty meal on Shabbos there. It was quite incredible to think about who occupied that same building so many years before. I’m not sure if they accommodate walk-ins. The Kosher Delight Poland caters there (the website still has the old Krakow location listed.)
The owners of the restaurant do not like when people come in just to look around, especially that there is not much to see and it disturbs their operations. All are welcome to see the outside of the building with the dedication plaque.
