Lake Wenatchee State Park:
Leavenworth, WA

by | Nov 12, 2025 | 0 comments

We stopped at Lake Wenatchee State Park on our way to our Leavenworth Ziplines. The park is located on the outskirts of the Town of Leavenworth.  The park appears to be a popular spot for camping. We were greeted by many parked RVs in the designated areas.

There are a plethora of activities to enjoy at the 492-acre shady park. There are bike rentals, kayak and SUP rentals that can be enjoyed on the magnificent 5-mile-long, glacier-fed Lake Wenatchee. The swimming beach, and volleyball court, are near the boat rentals. The playground is nearby as well. There are picnic tables and grill stations in many places.

There is a company that offers horseback riding located in the park.
