Alexander Falls Recreation Site is a great off the beaten track place to stop and enjoy a beautiful unobstructed view of the magnificent three-tiered 141-foot  tall and 40 foot wide waterfall on Madeley Creek dropping over rugged granite into a volcanic canyon in the Callaghan Valley.

There are a few picnic tables and a viewing platform facing the waterfall. Alexander Falls is a beautiful waterfall and it is worth pulling into the Recreation Site parking area to enjoy the pretty view.
