The more than 70 acre Germonds Park in West Nyack is a great all around park. There is a playground with a separate section for toddlers, basketball courts, sports fields,  a shady area with lots of picnic tables and some grill stations. For inclement weather there are additional picnic table in a cemented area that is roofed in.

The two outdoor pools with a water slide (open seasonally are a prominent part of the park.

The outdoor mini golf course at the park is an original addition. At first the course seems to be no frills but as you go from one hole to the next you can’t help but notice the interesting design with the water flowing through and between the course.
