We were looking for a quiet scenic place to stop before heading home from the Monticello area. Neversink River Access Park was the perfect spot.

We parked in the lot right by the path. The path leads to a clearing near the Neversink River. There are a number of picnic tables scattered about. The rock wall alongside the river is a great peaceful spot to sit and enjoy the water.

Note: This area is only for removing boats from the Neversink River not for entering with boats.
