We wanted to take a vacation in warm weather for a few days this past winter. We wanted to relax in a warm place and rent a house with a pool. We also wanted to go someplace that has good activities and isn’t overcrowded with tourists. Tampa checked all the boxes. We really enjoyed our stay in Tampa. It was relaxing not overwhelming and there are lovely beaches with beautiful white sand. We swam with manatees and viewed dolphins in the wild. We visited many attractions and were planning on visiting Busch Gardens but we skipped that due to a foot injury. We’ll hopefully make it there next time..

Tampa also has some Kosher infrastructure and Shuls. There is a Kosher Israeli style restaurant called Grill Express Tampa serves Schwarma and other meat options. Crembo Bakery and Café is located in the JCC With limited hours. The food at both places was tasty. Winn Dixie on West Swann Avenue has extensive kosher sections in a few areas of the store including dried products, dairy products, meat, bread and many more items.

We loved every minute of our stay in Tampa. I highly recommend it!
