Whenever I have time while on a trip, I like to check out the local outlet stores.  When we were in Corolla in the Outer Banks I stopped at the nearby Outlets at Nags Head.

There aren’t all that many stores, only about 20 in total, but there is a mix of restaurants, local shops and brand name stores located in a few strip malls. There is a Loft Outlet Store, Michael Kors, J Crew Factory, Salt Coast Outfitters and more.

The Outdoor Terrace located on the sound side offers comfortable, shaded seating and tables. There is a giant checker board game and cornhole game on the Terrace as well.
