As we were driving down the road in Howell, NJ I noticed a pretty lake on the side of the road and then I saw the sign with the name Echo Lake Park. I filed it in my mind for the when we finish the errand we were in the area for. On our way back we decided to stop at Echo Lake Park to eat our lunch. We parked by the pavilion and headed to a picnic table near the small playground so that the kids can stretch a bit before continuing our drive.

There are also benches and additional tables spread around the grassy area. On the side right near the water is a gazebo. I believe there is a walking trail although I am not sure if it fully circles the lake.

Across the lake from where we parked is another parking lot with a dock. Fishing is allowed although swimming and motorized boats are not allowed in the lake.
