Summer in Teton Village at Jackson Hole Mountain Resort provides a home base for a full day of activities for all ages. There is the option of riding the Aerial Tram*(it was closed this summer due to COVID) but we took the Bridger gondola which was free after 5pm. In 12 minutes we were 2700 ft higher vertically than when we left. First, we walked around and enjoyed the view which spanned many miles. There are many choices once you’re up there. 3 restaurants, yoga, trails to go down and if you’re very adventurous and want to do something that you may never have a chance to do again try paragliding or the Via Ferrata a guided climbing experience. This memorable experience takes you above the valley floor, across suspended bridges and along granite walls. For the Via Ferrata or paragliding you must make a reservation.
At the base, there is a bike park, bungee trampoline, a climbing wall and horseback riding. Teton Village is geared for sports, Equipment for all activities can be rented or purchased onsite at JH Sports or Teton Village Sports, and guides and lessons are available.

Hours: The Tram runs daily from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. from mid-May to early October. The Deck, Piste Bistro, Off-Piste Market, RPK3 and Corbet’s Cabin are open every day from June 15 to September 9 (Corbet’s Cabin opens May 18 and closes October 6).
Price:
Tram rides $44 with reductions for under 17 and 65+ and a $105 family pass; there is a $5 discount when you purchase online. Activities range from $15 – $40. Multi-day and Grand Adventure Pass discounts available. Gondola rides are free starting at 5 p.m. but should be verified because they close for events.
