Shopping is a form of entertainment for many. Outlet Shopping in a mall setting makes the Outlets at Bergen Town Center a popular shopping destination.

The Bergen Town Center, also referred to as the Bergen Mall, is not a mall with attractions. There are plenty of Outlet stores, often better priced than regular stores. The stores include Off Saks 5^th Avenue, Gap, Tommy Hilfiger, Old Navy, Nike Factory Store, Marshalls, Burlington Coat Factory, Homegoods and many many more stores.

There are many massage chairs (automatic massage chairs-pay as you go) sprinkled throughout the mall. There is a kiosk that rents out electric plush scooter animals that can be ridden around the mall. There are also three large fish tanks near an enclosed carpeted soft play area made for toddlers and young children. There are benches for adults to sit on while they watch the little ones and cubbies to store shoes in while the children play.
