As we crossed the Haulover Inlet Bridge on our way to North Miami Beach we decided to stop at the park by the Inlet and picnic area. We parked at the picnic area. There are lots of picnic tables under the trees near the bay area. We passed the tables, crossed over the walking path and sat down on the large rocks by the water. Off to the left of where we were there is a swimming beach. There is also a skate area, a dog park and bike rentals. It was definitely a relaxing and enjoyable stop.
